Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or a mix
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper optional
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  • In a large microwave-safe mug, add the macaroni and water.
  • Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stopping halfway to stir.
  • If the water is completely absorbed and the pasta is still slightly firm, add 2 tablespoons more water and microwave for another 30 seconds until fully cooked.

Step 2: Add the Cheese & Milk

  • Stir in the milk, shredded cheese, salt, and optional seasonings.
  • Microwave for 30-45 seconds until the cheese is fully melted.

Step 3: Stir & Enjoy

  • Mix everything well until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  • Let it sit for 1 minute to thicken.
